Stepping Out In Faith To The Nations…

The Face of God

When I tried to see the face of God
I saw nothing which meant everything
There is no face in my memory
that shows His glory or His holiness

and I rejoice at this revelation
now I know He’s past my memory
just outside my peripheral vision
and I feel His presence around me

One day I will stand before His throne
I won’t be able to look into His face
His holiness is 10,000 times
10,000 brighter than the shining sun

maybe walking in light
barely perceived but with me
if I just turn quickly
I will catch sight of Him
